For the second year in a row, ILEA, in cooperation with the European Union Delegation to Canada, organized events and activities to recognize and celebrate the European Day of Languages (EDL) that happens every year on September 26th.  This year, five school districts participated in special language-awareness activities followed by sample lessons offered in 21 languages of the European Union from late September to early November. Students reflected on the language learning process which is an excellent way to start off their new academic year in language learning.
